소유신고(항공안전법 제122조, 항공안전법 시행규칙 제301조)

  • 초경량비행장치소유자 등은 안전성인증을 받기 전(안전성인증 대상이 아닌 초경량비행장치인 경우에는 초경량비행장치를 소유하거나 사용할 수 있는 권리가 있는 날부터 30일 이내)까지 초경량비행장치 신고서(전자문서로 된 신고서를 포함한다)에 다음 서류를 첨부하여 지방항공청장에게 제출하여야 한다.2) 신고서 및 첨부서류는 팩스 또는 정보통신을이용하여 제출할 수 있다.(항공안전법 시행규칙 제301조)

  • 지방항공청장은 신고를 받은 날부터 7일 이내에 수리 여부 또는 수리 지연 사유를 통지하여야 한다. 이 경우 7일 이내에 수리 여부 또는 수리 지연 사유를 통지하지 아니하면 7일이끝난 날의 다음 날에 신고가 수리된 것으로 본다. (항공안전법 시행규칙 제301조)
  • 국토교통부장관은 초경량비행장치의 신고를 받은 경우 그 초경량비행장치소유자에게신고번호를 발급하여야 한다. (항공안전법 제122조)
  • 신고번호를 발급받은 초경량비행장치소유자 등은 그 신고번호를 해당 초경량비행장치에표시하여야 한다.(항공안전법 제122조)

변경신고(항공안전법 제123조, 항공안전법 시행규칙 제302조)

  • 변경신고를 해야 할 사항(항공안전법 시행규칙 제302조)
    • 초경량비행장치의 용도(예 : 엔진교체, 성능에 영향을 미치는 수리나 개조 등)
    • 초경량비행장치 소유자 등의 성명, 명칭 또는 주소
    • 초경량비행장치의 보관 장소(비행장치를 항공에 사용하지 아니할 때 비행장치를 보관하는지상의 주된 장소)
  • 초경량비행장치소유자 등은 그 사유가 있는 날부터 30일 이내에 초경량비행장치 변경 · 이전신고서를 지방항공청장에게 제출하여야 한다.(항공안전법 시행규칙 제302조)
  • 지방항공청장은 신고를 받은 날부터 7일 이내에 수리 여부 또는 수리 지연 사유를 통지하여야 한다. 이 경우 7일 이내에 수리 여부 또는 수리 지연 사유를 통지하지 아니하면 7일이끝난 날의 다음 날에 신고가 수리된 것으로 본다.(항공안전법 시행규칙 제302조)


말소신고(항공안전법 제123조, 항공안전법 시행규칙 제303조)

  • 초경량비행장치 소유자 등은 신고한 초경량비행장치가 멸실되었거나 그 초경량비행장치를 해체(정비등, 수송 또는 보관하기 위한 해체는 제외한다)한 경우에는 그 사유가 발생한날부터 15일 이내에 국토교통부장관에게 말소신고를 하여야 한다.(항공안전법 제123조)
  • 말소신고를 하려는 초경량비행장치 소유자등은 그 사유가 발생한 날부터 15일 이내에초경량비행장치 말소신고서를 지방항공청장에게 제출하여야 한다.(항공안전법 시행규칙 제303조)
  • 지방항공청장은 제1항에 따른 신고가 신고서 및 첨부서류에 흠이 없고 형식상 요건을충족하는 경우 지체 없이 접수하여야 한다. (항공안전법 시행규칙 제303조)
  • 초경량비행장치소유자등이 제2항에 따른 말소신고를 하지 아니하면 국토교통부장관은 30일 이상의 기간을 정하여 말소신고를 할 것을 해당 초경량비행장치소유자 등에게 최고하여야 한다.(항공안전법 제123조)
